Return Policy

For all of Greece

You can return any product for FREE and refund your money within 10 business days if the refund is due to a company error (refund can be made by credit or a refund).

If you want to return the product for your personal reasons without our company being mistaken, shipping costs should be covered by you. You can ONLY make a change to each product.

Important: To return your order you should first know the order number and choose to return or exchange (color or size). We can not do this without these details, so please make sure to fill in and include in your package the "return form". Also in the event of an exchange, make sure you include the desired size or color in the "Return Form".

Offer Products: Returns are not accepted by our company on products sold at a discount, especially during Lucky Friday, at the bazaar or at the products that are in our offer throughout the year.



  • The customer may rescind the sale within 14 days of dispatch of the product and at his own expense to return it to the company. The company is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY in case has not been tampered with and is accompanied by proof of payment. You will also have to fill in and send the "return form" you will find here. Return money is sent within 10 business days of receiving the product. Return can be made by credit or reimbursement.


Change to Color or Size


  • You can exchange the product for a different size or color within 7 days of receiving your original order. In this case, the reimbursement costs and the costs of the new shipment are covered by you. If the change is due to a company error, the corresponding costs are covered by us. You can ONLY make a change to each product.In case that you wish to return the product and receive the amount back please be advise that the shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the return .The shipping for the return product will be covered by client
  • Just note the details of the replacement on the "Return Form" that you received with your order.
  • If you want to return your product for an exchange in size or color, we will send the replacement to the delivery address that existed in your order unless you fill out a new one in the corresponding field of the return form.
  • All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.
  • The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so make sure they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and can not be damaged on the road!
  • If a product is returned to an inappropriate condition, we will have to send it back to you.
  • The company bears no responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.
  • We strongly recommend that you keep the post / courier receipt until the return process is complete and you receive our email stating that we have received your return.
  • We can exchange the product for a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, you should make a new order.

For foreign customers

Most of the terms apply to Greece. The differences / affixes are as follows:

  • If you want to replace the product with a different size or color, you need to return the product and place a new order again via e-shop.
  • Make sure you're using a postal service that assures you of the value of the returned products and always receive proof of the shipment.
    Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature to receive, so we suggest that your order be delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
  • Each duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Because the political and customs charges vary considerably from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges can affect the delivery time of your parcel.
  • Please be advised that in the event of a national holiday / holiday in your country, deliveries are unlikely to occur. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next business day.
